Fibroblast plasma
A plasma-energy technique that works on specific areas, such as around the eyes or the upper lip, to improve firmness and fine lines. It all starts with an assessment of your skin: we tell you whether the technique is suitable and which areas are worth treating.

What does it involve?
A device delivers small bursts of plasma energy to the skin. These controlled micro-injuries activate the fibroblasts, the cells that produce collagen and elastin, and set off the skin’s natural repair process.
It is done area by area: around the eyes, upper lip, forehead and frown lines, nasolabial folds, marionette lines or the lower face. The skin needs a few days to recover, around 5 to 7 days as a guide, and any change appears gradually over the following weeks. It does not replace surgery.

How it goes
Consultation
We assess your skin, the firmness of the areas and what you would like. We explain what you can realistically expect and, if a non-surgical technique is not enough in your case, we tell you.
Preparation
We cleanse the skin and mark the agreed areas. Depending on the technique, local anaesthesia is applied or we explain how we keep you comfortable.
Session
The chosen technique is carried out on the areas agreed with you. The duration depends on the technique and the number of areas.
Afterwards
Redness, swelling or a small bruise may appear, usually temporary. We give you written aftercare, including sun protection, and suggest a follow-up.
Good to know
These techniques do not replace surgery and the effect varies from person to person. As a rule they are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, nor if there is an active infection or lesion in the area. Please tell us about your medication, especially blood thinners, your allergies, whether your skin is tanned and your previous treatments.
Your questions
What is the recovery like?
As a guide, the skin needs 5 to 7 days. There may be redness and swelling for a few days. We explain in consultation how the skin evolves and give you written aftercare.
When does the change show?
The change is assessed once the skin has recovered and continues gradually over the following weeks as collagen forms. It varies from person to person.
Is it uncomfortable?
You may feel heat or stinging during the session. We explain beforehand how we keep you comfortable; the sensation varies from person to person.
Can I combine several areas?
Yes. There are prices for the full eye area, the lower face and the full face. We suggest what makes sense for your skin, with a written quote.
