What data we process and why

This website has no forms that store data: when you write to us, the message is sent by WhatsApp, phone or email. We process the data you give us (name, phone, email and what you tell us) to reply and manage your appointment. Health data in your medical record is collected only at the clinic, in consultation, in accordance with Spanish Law 41/2002 on patient autonomy.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us and the management of the appointment you request (article 6.1 a and b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to assist you. Medical records are kept for the period required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, under its own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to the address above. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
