Non-surgical nose reshaping in Puerto Banús, Marbella
Disguising small irregularities of the nose, such as a small bump or an asymmetry, with hyaluronic acid and without surgery. It is a delicate area: the doctor first assesses whether your case is suitable, and tells you clearly when it is not.

What does it involve?
The doctor injects hyaluronic acid into precise points of the nose to balance the profile, for example by softening a small bump or evening out an asymmetry. It is a non-surgical, reversible treatment.
Hyaluronic acid adds volume: it can balance the profile, but it does not make the nose smaller and does not replace surgical rhinoplasty. Not every nose is suitable; the doctor decides in consultation, based on your anatomy and previous treatments.

Good to know
The nose is a delicate area. The doctor assesses in consultation whether your case is suitable for this treatment and explains its limits; if it is not right for you, you will be told. As a rule it is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, nor if there is an active infection in the area. Please tell us about your allergies, medication and previous treatments, especially any nose surgery.
Your questions
Does it replace a rhinoplasty?
No. It is a different technique: hyaluronic acid adds volume and does not make the nose smaller. It can help disguise small irregularities in selected cases; the doctor assesses whether it is right for you.
Is it for everyone?
No. It depends on the shape of the nose, the skin and any previous treatments or surgery. Dr Ángel Vidal explains in the video on this page why, in some cases, we decide not to treat.
Is it reversible?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved if necessary, with a specific product and always on medical advice. Dr Laura J. Leon talks about dissolving a filler in one of the videos on this page.
How long does the result last?
It depends on the product, the area and each person. The doctor gives you an indicative duration for your case in consultation.
Is it painful?
We apply an anaesthetic cream before the treatment for your comfort. The sensation varies from person to person.
