What does it involve?

How it goes
Consultation
We look at the area, your face and what you want. If the treatment is not right for you, we tell you.
Preparation
We disinfect the skin and apply a topical anaesthetic cream for your comfort.
Treatment
The doctor injects the hyaluronic acid into the areas agreed with you.
Afterwards
Slight swelling or a small bruise may appear, usually fading within a few days. We give you written aftercare instructions and suggest a follow-up.
Good to know
The doctor assesses in consultation whether the treatment is right for you. As a rule it is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, nor if there is an active infection in the area, such as a cold sore. Please tell us about your allergies, medication and previous treatments.
