Dermaplaning in Puerto Banús, Marbella
A mechanical exfoliation, with no chemicals, that removes the surface layer of dead cells and fine facial hair. It begins with a skin assessment: our team checks that dermaplaning is right for you.

What does it involve?
It is a non-medical, non-invasive treatment-room procedure. Using a sterile surgical blade, our team glides gently over the skin to remove surface dead cells and fine hair, often called peach fuzz.
It is performed on the face, especially the cheeks, jawline and neck. No chemicals are used, so it may suit those looking for an acid-free exfoliation. Afterwards we may apply a moisturiser and sun protection.

How it goes
Skin assessment
We look at your skin and ask about your routine and what you would like. If the ritual is not the most suitable for you, we tell you and suggest another.
Preparation
In a quiet treatment room, we remove make-up and cleanse the skin to prepare it.
The ritual
Our team carries out the protocol agreed with you, step by step, adapting the products and movements to your skin.
Home care advice
We explain how to care for your skin in the following days, with hydration and sun protection, and how often to come back if you wish.
Good to know
Before each ritual, our team checks the condition of your skin. As a rule we do not perform it on skin that is irritated, broken, sunburnt or has an active infection, such as a cold sore. Please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to any cosmetic, and if you are following a dermatological treatment or have recently had an aesthetic medical treatment. If a mark, a mole or a skin lesion concerns you, one of our doctors examines it first.
Your questions
Will I feel anything?
It is generally not uncomfortable. You may feel a slight tingling during the treatment.
Can I have it if I have acne?
If you have active acne, we do not recommend it. During the skin assessment we check whether it is right for you or whether another treatment would be better.
How long does the effect last?
It varies from one skin to another. As a guide, up to about four weeks. Sessions every 3 to 4 weeks and a good home routine help it last longer.
Can I carry on with my day afterwards?
Yes, no downtime is needed. You can resume your activities as soon as you leave.
