Deep facial cleanse
A treatment-room cleanse with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) to remove impurities, clear the pores and give the skin a fresher look. We always begin with a skin assessment, so that each step suits what your skin needs.

What does it involve?
Hydrogen peroxide is an oxygenating agent. After a gentle exfoliation that removes dead cells, our team massages a professional H₂O₂ solution into the skin. This lifts away traces of oil, dirt and make-up and prepares the pores for extraction.
If needed, blackheads and comedones are removed by hand. We finish with a soothing mask suited to your skin, serums and a moisturiser. If you have inflamed acne or are under dermatological treatment, please tell us beforehand: one of our doctors will assess whether the cleanse is right for you.

How it goes
Skin assessment
We look at your skin and ask about your routine and what you would like. If the ritual is not the most suitable for you, we tell you and suggest another.
Preparation
In a quiet treatment room, we remove make-up and cleanse the skin to prepare it.
The ritual
Our team carries out the protocol agreed with you, step by step, adapting the products and movements to your skin.
Home care advice
We explain how to care for your skin in the following days, with hydration and sun protection, and how often to come back if you wish.
Good to know
Before each ritual, our team checks the condition of your skin. As a rule we do not perform it on skin that is irritated, broken, sunburnt or has an active infection, such as a cold sore. Please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to any cosmetic, and if you are following a dermatological treatment or have recently had an aesthetic medical treatment. If a mark, a mole or a skin lesion concerns you, one of our doctors examines it first.
Your questions
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Generally yes: the cleanse is adapted to each skin type, sensitive skin included. We check this during the assessment, before we start.
Is there always an extraction?
No, only if needed. It is done by hand, on blackheads and comedones, and decided according to the condition of your skin that day.
Does it treat acne?
It helps keep the pores clear, but it does not replace medical treatment. If you have inflamed or persistent acne, one of our doctors assesses it first.
How often should it be repeated?
It depends on your skin and your routine. We advise you at the end of the session.
